Today we are going to be talking about stress relief! I think it is a very important subject to bring up, because as I mention in the video when my nutritionist asked me if I was stress, I was like, me? stressed? no….why would I be stressed…..I am a very calm person, I just don´t have time to stop and eat or to take care of myself, because I have a lot of things that need to be done. And she laughs and said….yeah…that is stress, my friend! Uhm….so I guess nowadays we live in constant stress that we don´t even realize!
