Emotional Freedom Techniques is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine – including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy.
We already know that we are all made of energy, atoms, so, it makes sense that we need to pay attention to it, and understanding that by moving our energy we are also able to change our emotional states and feel better.
